If you are a hungry “late-night” eater and want to fill your stomach with grease or a huge brick, wait in line with the rest of East Village drunkards or night workers for a huge slice of pie. It’s like artichoke dip on a hunk of white French bread that will touch all the walls of your stomach. Warning: bouncers do exist on Friday/Saturday nights and trying to cut the line will NOT be tolerated. The crab pizza is lighter and really enjoyable, but the artichoke is a classic and must-try. Maybe you can convince someone to split one of each with you.
Note: Additional locations in Chelsea (seating available) and Greenwich Village (counter).
