- 1 package of Sweet Lorens Cookie Dough
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Salt to taste
Bake Sweet Loren’s cookie dough at 300F for 14-16 minutes until lightly golden brown. Let cool. In a small bowl, mix by hand peanut butter, powdered sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla. Spread a heaping tablespoon of peanut butter mixture on top of a completely cooled cookie. Top with the other to make a sandwich. Eat! For an enhanced treat, dip half of the cookie sandwich in melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt. Freeze extra sandwiches to enjoy for snacking later!
